- The nine units are in the six buildings located on the hillside above the fresh water swimming pool
- Each Studio is unique in size, design and décor
- Most of the Concordia Studios include spectacular ocean views though a couple of the smaller units are a bit tucked in.
- Each Studio includes an equipped kitchen or kitchenette, private bathroom and potable water
