Minimum Night Stay Requirements

A 7-night minimum stay is required ONLY during these holidays:

Christmas — Arrival or departure during Dec. 24, 2013 - Jan. 3, 2014.
President's Week — Arrival or departure during Feb. 18 - 26, 2013.
Easter — Arrival or departure during March 26 - April 3, 2013

Cancellation 

Cancellation up to 2 weeks prior to arrival:
10% of total stay will be withheld
low season cancellations only may be used towards a future stay within 18 months.

Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival:
full 50% deposit will be withheld
low season cancellations only may be used towards a future stay within 18 months.

Early Departure Forfeiture for Eco-Studios & Studios

two nights penalty [all year]

Early Departure Forfeiture for Eco-Tents & Premium Eco-Tents

two nights penalty [peak season]
$10 per day [low season]

Check-In Deposit:

A Refundable $30 deposit is required upon your arrival.
Upon your departure, we invite you to donate your $30 to the Friends of the VI National Park.
Reason for forfeiture of your Deposit include lost key, damage to unit, or incomplete check out housekeeping procedure for tents.

Arrivals & Departures:

Check in time is 3:00 pm.
Should you arrive early, we invite you to visit registration for possible early check in.
Check out time is 11:00 am.
