Overlooking Ram Head, Drunk Bay and Salt Pond Bay, Concordia's open air pavilion is semi-private and available for exclusive use for your private event, or shared use by your group retreat.

The pavilion can accommodate up to 60 seated guests, covered, and offers great flexibility for your event. Rental fees are based on half day, full day reservations. You may estimate an $800 rental fee for most events. Please contact us for pricing and availability. Fees are non-refundable and must be paid at the time booking is confirmed.
Items available include tables and chair set up, portable microphone and speaker, projector and screen (after sunset use only), i-pod docking station, hook up for live musical events or DJ. Yoga or Meditation Retreats
Concordia is host to many Yoga Retreats traveling from across the US and beyond.
For a retreat stay at Concordia, we anticipate 5-7 days of "Shared Use" in the pavilion; the fee is $400. You may fill the space to capacity or have an intimate group of 5 people -- the fee is the same. We ask you submit your preferred schedule upon booking, considering 1.5 hour start time slots for morning hours starting at 7am, and 2 hours slots for afternoon/evening hours. For the Shared Use fee, you will have first choice on time slots, and we fit our classes in between yours.
All of Concordia's guests, groups and individuals, are very welcome to enjoy the open space at anytime when not reserved. The fee includes use of our mats, blocks, and straps should you need them. We will also have water available for your group during classes; please bring your own water bottle.
