Group Discounts

Groups of all sizes are welcome at Concordia. To qualify for a group discount the booking must consist of five or more Eco-Tents or Premium Eco-Tents. Studio units are not discounted for groups at this time. Discounts are not available for the months of February and March, or holiday weeks listed below.

To ensure quality service, group reservations need to be made by one designated group leader.

All group members must have the same arrival and departure dates if the reservation is for Peak Season.

Individual guests are welcome to extend their stay at the discounted rate by calling reservations and referencing the group name. The group reservation will need to be established before individuals call to extend.

If over double occupancy, the adjusted rates per night per are discounted.

PEAK SEASON   November 15 through April 30
10% discount on five or more tent units, excluding the month of February, month of March, Christmas Week and Easter Week.

If a group cancels within 90 days of arrival, a 25% penalty on each unit will be forfeited and cannot be used towards a future stay.

If group cancels within 30 days of arrival, a 50% penalty on each unit cancelled will be forfeited and cannot be used towards a future stay.

LOW SEASON   May 1 through November 14
15% discount on five or more tent units

If group cancels within 90 days of arrival, a 25% penalty on each unit will be withheld and may be used towards a future stay.

If group cancels within 30 days of arrival, a 50% penalty on each unit cancelled will be withheld and may be used towards a future stay.

Start by calling our Group Coordinator. We are here to help you decide if Concordia is the right fit for your group’s activities and expectations. We hope your group will appreciate our unique eco-resort and casual tranquility.

After you’ve made arrangements with our Group Coordinator and are ready to make your lodging reservation please call our Reservations Office. Please note that if you are planing a group for Peak Season, December 15 through April 30, it’s especially important to reserve rooms and Pavilion use early.

Group Payments

A $300 non-refundable retainer is required within ten days of booking. 30 days after booking a 25% deposit is due; 90 days prior to arrival additional 25% deposit is due; 30 days prior to arrival the entire balance is due.
