- The five units are in the six buildings located on the hillside above the fresh water swimming pool
- Each is unique in size, design and décor
- Most include spectacular ocean views though a couple of the smaller units are a bit tucked in with a garden view.

- $140 per night, double occupancy, FULL KITCHEN QUEEN
- $15 per night, each additional person, all ages
Rates for the Winter / Spring Season
15 November - 30 April
- $255 per night, double occupancy, FULL KITCHEN LOFT
- $230 per night, double occupancy, FULL KITCHEN QUEEN
- $25 per night, each additional person, all ages
Rates are based on 2 person occupancy and do not include 10% USVI tax or $30 refundable deposit.
